Take your time recovering. I worked overnight 7 days per week for 7 years without a day off, poor sleep and eating habits. Believe me when I say I know exactly what you are going through, I was a dead man walking ready for the eternal dirt nap. Gave a whole new meaning to the word workaholic. Took me almost 5 years to fully recover. I was the same age as you at that time. I'm 48 now feeling like 20 again. Brighter days and energy will come.

Hope you can make it to the to the states when you feel better. ;) Kamelot just came through here in St. Paul Minnesota last week.
